TAKE BACK

YOUR LIFE.

Finding safety in our shelter provides security and opportunity.

Developing a safety plan is a practical way to keep you safe while you are in an abusive relationship, planning to leave, or after you leave.

Maybe you think, it really isn't that bad. Maybe one day is good, but the next is really bad. Maybe you are trying to justify it.

How do you know it's time to seek help? Domestic Violence is a pattern of destructive behaviors to obtain control and power over an intimate partner. This can include, physical, emotional, financial or sexual abuse in addition to threats, intimidation and other fear causing tactics. Breaking free from these abusive behaviors is possible.

Love Is Respect
Remember: abuse is always a choice and you deserve to be respected in a healthy and loving relationship.
