Written in a heartfelt manner from an experienced perspective, to a younger version of themselves who hasn't yet lived through what they have already overcome. An insight that is written with passion and emotion, with the hopes of maybe one reader seeing there is hope to overcome. There is a reason to push on. There is someone out there who understands and cares, more than they can imagine. Through the trauma of physical, emotional and sexual abuse and addiction, there is someone out there who understands and has words of wisdom and encouragement.

These letters have been compiled from real survivors. They will remain anonymous, but their stories are real life experience. They have each chosen to compile their very raw and real life stories to help you know that if you reach out, help is available.
